Who is Utku Okay?
Born in Istanbul in 1978, Utku Okay completed his undergraduate degree in Tourism and Hotel Management at Anadolu University. He furthered his academic development with a master’s degree in Marketing at Çukurova University.
Having begun his active career in the tourism and hospitality industry in 1996, Utku Okay gained extensive experience throughout his career working at hotels across different segments, building deep expertise in operations, guest relations, team management, service quality, and hotel standards.
His hands-on experience at prominent brands such as Iber Otel, Hotel Aqua, Hotel Art Pedesa, Hillside Beach Club, and Hilton Hotels forms the foundation of the training and consultancy services he offers today.
His career spanning more than 20 years at Hilton Hotels in particular was a defining period that shaped Utku Okay’s professional approach to the hospitality industry, his perspective on service standards, and his training methodology. Drawing on the knowledge and managerial experience gained at Hilton hotels across different cities, he founded the Okay Supports brand with the aim of adding value to the hospitality industry.
